Welcome to Blue Sea Long Tail Boat
Operated by Blue Sea Longtail Company Limited (Thailand), these Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and private longtail boat tours in Phi Phi Island, Krabi, Thailand. By making a booking or joining one of our tours, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us via email, WhatsApp, or LINE. Please check your booking details carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
Private Boat Charter
All tours are private charters. The price is a flat rate per boat for up to 4 guests — not per person. For groups larger than 4 guests, additional boats must be booked and we can arrange them to travel together.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure online payment system powered by Stripe. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include the listed inclusions for each program.
National Park Fees
National park entrance fees (e.g., for Maya Bay) are not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated. These fees are payable in cash on the day of the tour, approximately ฿400 per adult.

Cancellation & Changes
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time receive a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Date & Time Changes
Changes to your tour date or time are free of charge when requested at least 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Contact us via WhatsApp or LINE to reschedule.
Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through a third-party agent or platform, their cancellation policy applies. Please contact your booking agent directly for cancellation or changes.
Weather Conditions
- Light rain typically does not affect our tours — the islands are beautiful in all weather.
- If sea or weather conditions are deemed unsafe (strong winds, rough seas, storms), we will contact you to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund.
- Safety decisions are made by our experienced captains and are final. The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary, shorten the trip, or cancel the tour at any time if conditions become unsafe.
- If a tour is cut short due to weather after departure, a partial refund may be offered at the company's discretion.
Participation & Safety
Safety Instructions
All guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when requested. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in the tour being ended early without refund.
Assumption of Risk
Boat travel, swimming, and snorkeling involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. Guests swim and snorkel at their own discretion and should honestly assess their own swimming ability.
Insurance
All guests are covered by accident insurance for the duration of the tour. This coverage is included in the price of your booking.

Alcohol & Conduct
Alcohol is not permitted on board for safety reasons. Guests who are intoxicated or behave in a manner that endangers themselves, the crew, or other guests may be refused boarding without refund.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome and child-sized life jackets are available. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Please tell us the ages of children when booking.
Meeting Point & Departure
Departure from Phi Phi Island
All tours depart from Phi Phi Island (Tonsai Pier or Long Beach). We do not provide transport from Phuket or Krabi — guests must already be on Phi Phi Island on the day of the tour.
Punctuality
Please arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
General Terms
Photography & Media
We may photograph or film tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use such images unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the tour.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Blue Sea Longtail Company Limited (Thailand) and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Krabi, Thailand.
